Is MindPlan Pro really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 3 maps, mind maps and basic flowcharts, 10 AI actions per month and PNG/PDF export — no credit card required. Upgrade to Pro only when you need unlimited maps, full AI and advanced views.
What can the AI actually do?
A lot. Generate a complete map from a short prompt, a meeting transcript or your raw notes. Upload a PDF or an image of a diagram and get an editable map in seconds. Inside the editor, the AI can also expand ideas, summarize branches and suggest connections. Audio-to-map is coming soon.
What file types can I upload?
PDF documents (up to 10 pages), images (PNG, JPG) and plain text files. The AI reads the content — including diagrams inside images — and turns it into a structured, editable map. Document upload is a Pro feature.
How is this different from Miro or MindMeister?
